“I have just discovered Doctor Who podcasts and after sampling all the current choices, Verity wins hands down. These women plainly love Doctor Who in all its forms and incarnations, but they don’t (unlike other podcasts) take it so all far too seriously or try to out geek each other every two minutes. Several other DW podcasts I’ve listened to come off like they think they’d make better Doctor Who eps than the BBC and I find that really boring and off putting. Verity is critical, intelligent and witty but also joyfully crazy about Doctor Who. I now look forward to their banter every week, almost as much as I look forward to a new episode of Doctor Who.”
