“This is such a fun, smart, informative, thoughtful and balanced Doctor Who podcast. While always focussed on the positives, this is critical where it needs to be and offers cracking Western perspectives from all over. Highly recommended.
I’m an Aussie boy (originally from Lancashire too, Tamsy) who had been hankering for feminist and queer-inclusive takes on Who - and this has been like hanging with friends (feminism is for everyone! Always! Smash that patriarchy :)). Would love it if there was the addition of people of colour perspectives in future. That said, I’m always touched when I hear the Verity team name their whiteness and where blind spots might be.
There has been no one I trust more to discuss the Jodie Whittaker era. I can’t tell you what it has meant to go on that ride with you. Hope there is more in the future!
