“Just wanted to say that I really enjoy this podcast. I started watching your YouTube videos during Covid. as a primary care physician in New England we were still working in and the thick of things. I have great skin which is very much due to genetics as well as a love for skin care products, so I dove into that love even more during Covid just as a way to escape my reality. I’m not sure people from the outside appreciate how hard Healthcare is these days. The industry has been greatly affected due to Covid, ie lack of resources. Lack of staffing hospitals have been hit hard.
This podcast is a nice reminder that what we do matters, that the field we’ve been called to is an honorable and good one that in the end, all we want to do is help people.
Your friendship is wonderful, and it reminds me of all the great friends that I made during residency. It’s like being in the army these are friends for life. It’s a shared experience during a time that no one else can ever understand or replicate.
Continue to focus on the science, debunking all those myths that often have a high price tag attached. Encourage young people to wear sunscreen, to wash their face to take care of themselves.
