A podcast by an academic for her CV and your cerebral side
This is a helpful podcast to supplement your lawyer’s counsel, especially if this is the first time you have been sued or if you are a physician in training. I thought the podcast might contain a lot of different physician experiences with a variety of outcomes but that is not the case. It is mostly a few folks over and over, predominantly ER physicians, and Brown affiliated personnel. Dr. Pensa says she wants to remove the stigma of litigation but then she keeps the physicians in the podcast anonymous even when they (supposedly) agreed to be identified. To me this simply reenforces the message that litigation is secret.

I got...Read full review »
