Lets begin, at the beginning (as Status Quo once said)...
Series 1. Episode 1. Intruders. Harry Enfield as Dermot. On ITV, pre-watershed. The show was a little different in these early days. But the foundations are laid.
Gary and Dermot are flatmates who enjoy the finer things in life. Dermot is about to start a new job. Gary wants to dump Dorothy. And someone is about to move into the empty flat upstairs.
