A small town in Ohio and their school district were attacked by vicious letters for seemingly no reason. Similar to the Watcher in New Jersey with much more twists and turns. Letters written separately in 1977 then 1982 were specifically targeting a couple tied to the school and then in 1994 letters written to a reporter directly involved with the case. One person was accused, but was never proven true so the case still remains unsolved. The small town in question is Circleville, Ohio and tonight we're discussing The Circleville Letters.
