Fascinating, even for this non-lawyer
I listen to this because it covers legal matters related to the news in a calm way. There is a genuine exploration in the conversations, it’s not combative, although opinions differ sometimes. The people presenting the podcast know what they are talking about: it’s not just “ opinions “ but a clear-eyed examination of what is legal and what the law says. It also shines a light into legislation that is passed which is not in the news, but arguably should be. This is a public service! The presenters are also mindful that not all their listeners know about the cases they cite, so they generously take the time to bring us up to speed so we non-lawyers can appreciate the discussion. Thank you! Keep it up!
