“I was a MASSIVE SVH fan, collected all the books (and the subsequent damage to my mental health, lol!) from the age of 10 to…well, I did re-read them all when I was about 31! I am currently listening to an average of 3 of these a day on my commute, they are INCREDIBLE, at one point I had to get off the tube as I was guffawing (Sandy Bacon - it used to DISGUST me too!)
I’m only up to the first Christmas special, I’m so glad I have so many more to go and am already slightly dreading this being over…
Best podcast ever. Except I can’t get “this is how it’s always beeeeen…” out of my head. Every morning, every night, there it is!”

“This podcast is amazing. I read SVH when I was in junior high, and when I was in college my twin sister and I would read them aloud to each other on road trips. Listening to Karyn and Anna is just as good of a laugh. My favorite bit is when they call-out all the old-timey gangster speak.”
