This is a favorite of mine
Edited years later: I still like the podcast, but two things keep happening that tampered down my enthusiasm. 1) I can’t stand when they attempt to voice characters. They can keep doing it, and I’ll continue muting, scrubbing past, or turning it off because it happens about 30x times per episode. 2) They lump Americans together as if we all have the same interests, cultures, upbringings, attitudes, etc. Sometimes it’s lighthearted, and others I resent the implications about being ethnocentric or can’t admit when I’m wrong. Please stop, or do in-depth research how different each American listener can be. — I love listening to them make light of a favorite childhood series! The ladies are funny and warm hearted. It’s also great to hear them describe how they don’t understand American culture that I take for granted (e.g what the heck a 7th grader is). Very well produced and prepared. Wonderful podcast to subscribe to!

this podcast is like the best book club ever, where everyone has actually read the books and the books are amazingly ridic. such a great concept, brilliantly executed, highly recommended. i laughed out loud on public transport multiple times.

This podcast is so stuffed with SV nostalgia and delightful snark, it’s difficult to listen without giggling out loud...and then looking completely insane on public transit. I hope to someday have a drink with the magnificent hosts.
