Enters the danger zone with hope
Each episode of DoubleTake goes where few journalists—Christian or mainstream—are willing to go. I’ve been surprised each time to hear what the topic of next week’s episode will be. Comedy? Euthanasia? Aliens?? But each time, the descent into the desolation is followed by a conscious return to the light with a note of hope. The courage of a Chinese doctor to speak up. A Bible from 1954 in an over sexualized classroom. God is working, and the journalists of DoubleTake are tracing his work with great skill!

More reviews of Doubletake
Thank you for this challenging podcast. I love all of the programs from WORLD and I have not missed a single episode of Doubletake. Thank you for sharing subjects that may make us feel uncomfortable. We all need to have our eyes opened about issues around the world and at home.

This is a very well-produced podcast. The stories are engaging and often moving. I started with the story about Rachel’s first kiss, which made me laugh on a long bus ride through the Italian countryside.
