Messy and unfocused
The hosts’ efforts at showing how this tragedy affected the community is commendable; their hard work is evident. But the story is bogged down by the introduction of too many people - siblings, grandparents, aunts, friends, officers, firemen, ministers, teachers, and more. This results in overly long episodes without a central, compelling guide. I suspect the writers recognize this, and they added additional commentary to help. But doing so just has the effect of highlighting their lack of storytelling skills. Production is decent although the music often doesn’t gel with the mood.
