A fountain of wisdom, knowledge, and evidence-based useful information for women
I knew after my first traumatic birth that something went very wrong, but didn’t understand anything about the infamous “cascade or interventions” until I found this page on IG and then began to listen to their podcast. This show and IG page has helped me to understand and unpack my birth trauma and I knew immediately after my husband and I started trying for our second that I wanted and NEEDED a different experience. I’m seven months pregnant, but have spent the last year trying to educate myself and prepare myself for a physiological birth, and honestly, even if something were to happen and if I wasn’t able to fully achieve my unmedicated birth goals, I am a stronger, fiercer, and significantly more aware and educated mother just having learned what I’ve learned from the wonderful women that host this show. Thank you!!!!!

Trisha and Cynthia are wise, supportive, and transparent. Hands down the most informed podcasters you can find on pregnancy and birth. Thank you both for changing my life.
