This episode is a full circle moment for me being that I had the honor of hosting my former professor, Linda Buzogany. Linda is a psychotherapist who works with dreams and unconscious material. She discusses an unexpected turn in her career focus when she came to realize a psychosomatic phenomenon through one of her students. Linda tells us about what a psychological non-epileptic seizure is and how other unconscious psychological material manifests itself through the body. Through work with dreams, she has been able to facilitate great healing with clients and her community. At the end, Linda gives us amazing tools to work with our dreams and the initial steps which will help with this particular process of discovery. This episode holds meaningful stories, dream scapes, and powerful revelations, and reminiscence from our past together, while honoring our present and future. Please subscribe, following, share, and leave a review! I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did, see you next time.

Tips for Remembering Your Dreams:
1. Tell yourself you are going to remember your dream
2. Before you open your eyes or move when you wake up, try to recall all that you can
3. Write in your journal before doing anything else, even if it doesn't make sense. (draw, colors, senses, directions, feelings, etc.)
4. Share a dream with a friend
5. Look back at past entries to find patterns.
