Mostly good
Seasons 1 and 2 were really good and super interesting. Season 3 is laughable in the way it’s told from the viewpoint of a scorned woman who was too idiotic to see what she was involved with from the beginning. She was also apparently a “journalist” for NBC for 16 years, but was so easily manipulated into this ridiculous situation of elaborate and clearly false lies? She proved throughout that she has zero integrity and was extremely self serving. Season 3 diminishes the impact on the people who were affected by this doctor’s actions and instead focuses on this stupid story of vengeance and “justice” from the scorned lover. Season 3 adds nothing of overall substance to the series and in my opinion was a waste of resources and waste of an opportunity to shed real light on the misdeeds of this particular doctor. Instead we’re given some feel good redemption story of someone who barely matters in the overall context of what he did as a medical professional to be showcased on a show titled Dr. Death. Shame on you.

I listened to Dirty John and this podcast was promoted. As great as Dirty John was - Dr. Death is equally well done! I can’t wait for the next episode!

The story is well told by the host and witnesses, the story is gut wrenching and scarier than any...Read full review »
