Exceptional and useful info
In episode #1, I learned that afib is an inflammatory problem. Even after years of being a critical care nurse, I did not know this. 😠 In episode two, this I already knew but I was happy to see it mentioned, you cannot just tell people to do different. You have to give specifics and show them as individuals. Especially with mental components, you have to replace the unhealthy habit or thought with one that actually will help you. Thank you for these podcasts.

I really enjoy this podcast. Dr. Jockers is not only super knowledgeable, but he regularly has guests on that knock it out of the park with useful information. I especially enjoy how sincere and genuine Dr. Jockers is. You can tell he really cares about helping people.

I have been listening to Dr. Jockers for awhile and always learn something new. I appreciate that he makes it understandable and easy to follow. I am new to Intermittent Fasting and have learned a lot from his recent podcasts and am looking forward to getting his book as well.
