“I’ll be the first to admit that Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman is a guilty pleasure and when I listened to podcasts about DQMW in the past I felt left out since the shows were always hosted by just women! Some of my favorite podcasts are hosted by women so it isn’t a sexist thing, it’s more along the lines of a “hey include me too!” thing. Listening to the other shows gave me the feeling a dad might have at a mostly female PTA meeting.
Kelly and Marc seem like people I went to high school with who would talk about MST2K and make fun comments about pop culture. Kelly is the expert and Marc is the n00b and the time flies - it’s a strong start and I hope the podcast continues for a long time!”
