Throughout his 12-year tenure as a Local 40 structural union ironworker, he successfully completed numerous high-profile steel projects in NYC, consistently delivering ahead of schedule and prioritizing safety.
Among Kaheem's notable projects are the Citi Global Headquarters Tenant Occupied Renovation, One Penn Plaza Renovation, 66 Hudson Yards NYU Tenant-Fit-Out, NY Presbyterian Hospital, World Trade Center Towers 1, 3, 4 Rebuild Tenant Fit-Out, and many more throughout the NYC area. Based on his extensive experience, Kaheem founded Pyramid Iron Works, an MWBE Ironworking company based in NYC, specializing in structural and ornamental metal works across the tri-state region.
