Sederick is not just a professional powerhouse; he is also a dedicated member of the Board of Trustees at Thornton-Donovan School, a non-profit institution that offers a globally focused education for students from kindergarten to grade 12. His involvement has spanned over 3 years, showing his long-term commitment to quality education.
Before his role at Grace Industries LLC and Thornton-Donovan School, Sederick served as an Associate Project Manager at Group PMX, working on the JFK Terminal 4 Redevelopment Project. His experience managing complex projects has been invaluable to the organization and the Queens, New York community.
But Sederick's journey doesn't stop there. He's also known as the founder of Areca Palm Services, where he worked tirelessly for two years, envisioning possibilities and hoping to increase community resilience against bacterial and viral threats.

At GIANFIA CORP, he served as both Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, making a significant impact in Westchester and Putnam Counties, New York. Before that, he was a Project Engineer at Posillico Civil, Inc., and a Jr. Project Engineer, gaining vital experience in Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester Counties.
Beyond his professional career, Sederick has been actively involved in community organizations. He served as President Emeritus for the American Association of Blacks in Energy, demonstrating his commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the energy sector. Moreover, at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, he was Vice President of Communications, where he managed communication with various target audiences, bridging the gap between students, administrators, and the professional world.
Intriguingly, Sederick's academic journey includes his role as a Research Assistant in the Urban Systems Resiliency Research Team at NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering. Here, he collaborated on research on the impact of natural hazards on infrastructure and society, using the Hazus program, a crucial tool for government agencies.
