Sometimes riveting
This show is at its best when it is telling a larger historical narrative through the lens of fashion (French reovolution, the end of slavery) and is less compelling when it is just telling the story of some prima donna fashion designer.

This is my new favorite podcast! I didn’t think I would love fashion history, but these two ladies have so much great information! It is well written, organized, and these ladies make it fun. I am really impressed by the knowledge and research that went into each topic.

Great topics, however still feels very scripted & clumsy. I’m sure they will fine tune their production as they progress. Also, the intro music makes me think my earphones or WiFi are skipping every time.
