Managing a large drone operation can be quite difficult. Especially when you are dealing with seasonal work like Cyberhawk is doing! I had a great talk with Anna Dillé who is a Planning and Operations Manager at Cyberhawk. Cyberhawk deals with a lot of seasonal work due to buildings that need to be inspected before the wildfire season for example.
