Today on the show... Should we limit the numbers of cats a person can have to just 2? I say yes and here’s why… They are out of control and the Government is refusing to do anything about it. It has decided today to reject the recommendation to have a new law governing cats which would have seen all cats registered, desexed, and microchipped. A  framework already exists for dogs, but the Government has turned down the recommendation saying there’s no scope... Meaning it can’t be bothered . The SPCA says we have a cat crisis and this will make it worse.
