“I read the Unhurried Homeschooler a few years back and absolutely fell in love. I knew deep down it was the message God was speaking to my heart but I was afraid to listen to that message due to the pressures of society. The book gave me permission if you will, the school and live life unhurried. I re-read it every year before we start up in the fall for school. I accidentally stumbled across this podcast not realizing the connection until listening to the first episode. It truly is the most encouraging and uplifting podcast in my lineup. Her voice is so peaceful to listen to! I crave the Godly wisdom she shares from her experience raising up and schooling her children. Can’t get enough! Also love her new book, the 4 hour school day!
