“This is my favorite podcast by far and as a relatively new homeschool mom (this is our third year) I could not be more grateful for Durenda’s encouragement and wisdom. I don’t have another mentor like her and I feel so blessed that she has been called to share her experience with moms who are starting out. I have learned so much, felt reassured in my decision, and empowered to know that I can do a great job at this for my kids. When I first started homeschooling, I was overly worried about curriculum and making sure my kids were still getting as good of an education as regular school. Now, not only do I feel more confident in my decision to homeschool (and spend lots of our time home with just our family) and have tools for getting through hard days, I also have learned to focus more on my relationship with my kids and character building vs always putting bookwork first.”
