Drawing from her experience as a front-line social worker and EA community health consultant, Megan Nelson discusses how burnout endangers our ability to do the most good. Participants in this interactive workshop learn and apply practical skills to identify and alleviate burnout. Effective Altruism is a social movement dedicated to finding ways to do the most good possible, whether through charitable donations, career choices, or volunteer projects.
