Know What You’re In For
If you’re looking for a classic plot structure, look elsewhere. There’s no Hero’s Journey or anything like that here. That said, I was fascinated by this character in her stressful situation, and I came to know and understand her through the episodes. Her experiences felt real to me and less like a drama, though the other reviewers are spot-on when noting that the swearing feels a bit excessive. The acting and effects were great and I think the ad-lib style added to the realism. The ads are annoying but thankfully skippable.

Loving this show with great sound design and an amazing performance by Janey Slate. Please stop writing spoilers into your episode descriptions, though.

This is a great production all the way around, and a role I’ve not seen Jenny Slate in. Absolute tour de force. Don’t skip this.

This is scary stuff, but the story rolls on like a book that you just can’t put down. What’s going to happen next? Robin is a good name...so is Potsy.
