Almost all of us will experience feeling lost, unsure, or unmotivated at some point in our careers. And with people on average now engaging in between five and seven career paths in our lifetime, we are seeing more and more examples of people embracing the mid-career pivot. How do we get ourselves unstuck though and take a new path that lights us up again?
In this episode, I’m going to share with you the four KEY things to consider in choosing your career path: (1) Get curious (2) Loosen the grip (3) Don’t fall into paralysis (4) Connect with people. In addition to this, I’ll give you some practical tips on how to work out first and foremost if the issue is your current job, or your career.
