“Edict Zero is one of my favorite audio dramas. Top tier production and sound, great acting, and very clever writing and plot build up. What starts out as a regular detective whodunnit turns into such a layered story with so many twists and turns — that feel earned and make sense. The world and backstory are deeply interesting and you’ll enjoy the slow reveal of more and more. I will say that the first few episodes are a bit slow to get going, and some of the characters may initially annoy you (eg the captain), but if you can keep pushing through it gets SO good. Everything comes together and makes sense. Highly recommend.”

“I listened for a really long time but it became difficult after a while to follow the story because so many characters are played by the same actors and there are so many levels and mini-tangents away from the main plot. I just got a bit too lost.”
