Stanislaw, can you help me?
This is one of my go-to podcasts. It’s interesting, informative and I enjoy hearing Stanislaw’s take on the books he reads. As a college tutor in the UK, I am struggling to get less able students through their English GCSE. The government states that students who received a 2 or 3 in their English exam at school have to keep resitting it until they pass or leave college. This is soul destroying for them (and me) as they are operating at a below average level. (You need to be operating at a grade 6 to properly understand the course materials!) The best I can hope for, is for them to scrape a level 4. Across the college, stats show that only 1 in 5 manage this and I don’t think this result is worth the stress and anxiety involved for the students. Any tips would be really appreciated!

Very diligent in-depth analysis of the topics covered, backed by independent researching of the claims made in the books, including testing of concepts, mostly dealing with education and learning

I also completely disagree with his thoughts on ADHD but regardless, this podcast is utterly packed with nuggets of wisdom. I truly appreciate the time it would...Read full review »
