Lamar and Tracy bring in special guests Chris Johnson with Young People of Integrity and John Eller with Catawba County Social Services to talk about the concept of "mentoring" and the impact it can make on students. The group also discusses how best to implement a mentoring program, and specifically talk about their "Lunch Buddies" program for helping middle school students.
