Description
Rizos Curls’ founder and CEO Julissa Prado never envisioned herself as an entrepreneur - she followed what came natural to her: creating concoctions for her curls and helping other young women embrace their natural hair texture. This genuine passion became a business overtime. Her products are now sold nationwide at Target and Ulta and internationally, through their website. Prado told us about how managing his dad’s restaurant from a young age helped her develop the skills she now uses in her company, how she views and defines success and why you should attend college, contrary to what other entrepreneurs advice.
