We went all the way to Iceland to bring you episode 12 with none other than the legend himself, Gunnar Nelson. Gunnar is an MMA fighter for the UFC who got his start in Martial arts at the age of 13! Gunnar started training Jiu Jitsu at the age of 17 & 4 years after that was awarded his Black Belt by Renzo Gracie.
