On today's Elevating Pikes Peak Women, Host Mary Lou Makepeace brings the leadership of The Latina Equity Foundation to discuss the groundbreaking work they are doing to create a successful and equitable present and future for Latina women.
After reviewing research from the American Association of University Women (AAUW), Colorado universities, and El Paso County Department of Health studies, a group of strong Latina leaders joined to address the economic disparity and cultural inequity of treatment of Latina women and formed The Latina Equity Foundation.
