“I’ve listened to multiple podcasts from this show and this Sal guy is the most negative, gatekeeping, talk smack about every little thing podcaster that I’ve listened to.
Comic fans already have to fight against stereotypes of gatekeeping and pessimism and this cast does nothing to combat that.
Feel free to just do you but know you, Sal, come off as a giant jerk and bring down every person that speaks around you.
Protip - stop faking interest every time your wife talks about a comic. It’s painful hearing the disdain in your voice when you say things like “well that’s cool... I guess” every few statements when she’s obviously passionate and giving objective commentary.”
