Time now for our daily Tech and Business Report. Today, KCBS Radio's Holly Quan was joined by Bloomberg's Madlin Mekelburg. A fight that started over Tesla CEO Elon Musk's board-approved compensation package could end up boosting Texas' bid to become a business court hub. Tesla was incorporated in Delaware, and after a court there tossed out a $56 billion pay package for Musk, he decided to move the company's incorporation to Texas. That means that future legal disputes would go to court there, instead of Delaware. And this comes as Texas has been working on creating its own business court system.
