Finding our authentic selves is done by achieving balance in our physical, emotional, and mindful selves. Our physical self needs to be in its optimal state for energy as well as for our inner state of calm.
Forgiving yourself is an integral part of finding your authentic self. When we learn to release the pain and suffering we have caused to the self, then we can begin to truly love ourselves.
How we label ourselves keep us connected to our ego. Letting go of labels and defining yourself by who you are not what you do will reconnect you with your authentic self.
