Such a needed podcast! Mom rage is real.
I always considered myself a calm, even-tempered person. Then I had kids, and my anger surprised me when they didn’t listen and I couldn’t control their behavior. I am so grateful for Elizabeth’s guidance and wisdom so I can understand why I am reacting the way I am and change my thought patterns. I feel less alone and am able to give myself grace as I become a better version of myself every day. That’s why I was so happy to have her as a guest on my podcast. Thank you, Elizabeth! Sincerely, Emily
