How will AI affect the IT industry? What changes will there be for a software developer in the short, medium and long term? These, and other questions, will be answered by Aleksandre Asatiani, Associate Professor of Informatics at the Department of Applied IT at the University of Gothenburg.  His research area is automation using AI. He is interested in how processes performed by humans can be effectively entrusted to machines without losing the subtle, but important, human elements.
