Hosts are lovely, audio quality and pacing need help

“The hosts are so enjoyable personality wise, I wanted to give this five stars. However, there’s some issues that dissuades me from following.
The big one is the volume disparity between the two hosts. The gentleman has to be many steps above the other host which led me to turning up, then down, then up, then down, then up etc my volume and getting treated to ear drum blasts after the lady stopped talking and the man started. If the audio volume could be normalized, that’d go a long way.
Secondly, though not as big of an issue for me, was that it seems they dance around the topic for 20-30 minutes of just long rambling and “jokes”. I found myself getting impatient, and generally I’m not put off too much by beginning of episode rambling; it just seemed to continue for a third of the episode.
If you have audio adjusting headphones and don’t mind the first part just being a loooong set up, this podcast is really enjoyable once they get to the meat. I would still recommend checking it out.”
