We've come to the Women in Tech series finale. For our final episode, we are joined by Aoife Walsh, the Operations Manager from Servaplex Ltd.When she completed her degree in marketing and joined Servaplex, the world went into a total shutdown due to the pandemic. But she did not give up. She kept pushing forward and never backed off from any challenge. Aoife also mentions that having an amazing team to back her up helped her in her career. Whenever she faced any challenge, she was always prepared to dive in head first and face it with a sink-or-swim attitude. Aoife says that she has only heard a lot of negative voices in the past but she never let those voices get inside her head.
