“The future of engineering lies with the humanization of our services. Being able to deliver to our clients client.
Engineers (here, I speak for myself) can get carried away by the newest tech and trendiest tools that the market has to offer. We feel obliged to make use of it, just because. We get so consumed by what we(it) can do, how fast we can do it, where all that matters is turn around time.
Because of this so many developments and engineered solutions have gone sour in recent.
We need to bring back the end users into our designs, empathize with them, and deliver based on their needs, not on our ours.
Aurecons initiative to create human centered design through innovation and design thinking has been a step in the right direction. Proud to be apart of such a progressive, mindful family”
