Carla is an engineer and the founder of Minett Consulting and Engineers to Leaders™. Carla was born in Peru and moved to the US in her late teens. Growing up in an economically polarized country, she realized that the difference between those who radically improved their lives and those who didn’t, was having access to the right resources and opportunities.
