I’m a 5 whose first episode was the Type 5 Panel...
... and it was jarring how descriptively accurate what the panel members shared was to me. Everything from jumping in the car and going for a drive by myself without telling anyone to an intense love for fantasy and sci-fi. I particularly appreciated the part on paying attention to your bodily cues (migraines, muscle tension, insomnia, etc.) as a 5 because they’re markers of your underlying emotional state. The minute the episode was finished, I searched for the panels for the types of my two closest friends. I’ll be returning to listen to the rest of the episodes for sure.

More reviews of The Art of Growth
I just stumbled upon this podcast and have really benefited from its content. The interviews are paced well, the enneagram types are presented very holistically, and it is easy to listen to. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about themselves or about a loved one.

The hosts are very knowledgeable and have good co-hosting chemistry. The content is thought-provoking. My favorite episodes are the panels, which I recommend often to my clients, especially after I conduct a typing interview.

I love these reviews that are made in this podcast. From all the podcasts I’ve heard about the enneagram, this one is the most accurate in describing the types. Mainly, because there is the point of view from different people who belong to a specific type. Not only the “expert”. Thank you!
