“Solid finance/real estate advice but ridiculous political commentary. Recently reminded me why I unsubscribed the last time. I’d like to give the Trump cult members an alternative perspective on real estate investing: while the former guy may have been good for immediate returns and tax breaks, being an isolationist country would 100% be bad for long term real estate investments and quality of life/purchasing power in general. I am totally OK with objective policy disagreements/opinions but please keep your defense of the indefensible former guy to yourselves.”
