The chauffeur is not credible
The story is excellent. The narration is great. But the chauffeur should not have been giving an opinion. He criticized the pilots but was guilt of what he criticized them for, he should have known what was going on. And you used him as an expert base on his opinion and that hurts the story because he was flip flopping. Still a 4 out of 5 stars.
