“It’s like they spent 20 min looking up conspiracy theory’s, 20 min figuring out a premise and then let the Disney channel write the dialog, the “found footage” aspect doesn’t help, as no one in this situation would be stopping to record anything, it’s just takes you out of the emersion every time they explain why/how they are able to record i.e. finding the phone charger and “oh good here’s an outlet”, everything just feel uninspired and surface level, anyone who knows anything about these subjects will be pretty disappointed with the level of understanding the writers had”
