“Golf is on a good way, but in parts of Europe it's still something for the vast minority. No surprise that you won't find a lot of it on tv, especially back here in good old Germany where I'm currently located. Let's face it: golf doesn't exist on tv, it just doesn't. So there's a gap to fill, some surrogate needed. Robert and John do just that, and may I say in a most entertaining way. This show is one of the very fine things that (a) lets you forget about the immensely sad media situation, (b) makes you want to start and play golf immediately and (c) lets you dive deep into the circus of the European Tour. Besides, the boys seem to enjoy this whole thing more and more with every single episode. That doesn't mean "Don't subscribe today, it'll be funnier next time.", but it means "Subscribe today, and next time will be even more entertaining."
One thing though. In the course of the show Robert and John will probably announce a player who is – in their opinion – likely to win the upcoming tournament of the European Tour. Please do never, I repeat: do never put your money on those names, except it's Tiger they're going for. Experience shows that both John's and Robert's favourite is if anything very likely to not even make the cut.
On the other hand – who cares? This show is absolutely entertaining, and it's bringing the European Tour to us in a very lively form. Until tv gets a grip and provides us with more coverage, this is by far the best thing we have. I'm delighted that Robert and John are around.
Have fun,
