“While not perfect (e.g., giving season results absent vig is misleading, especially if you make a lot of -120 bets), this is the best sports betting pod out there in my opinion, because it takes a more quantitative and statistical approach as compared with those that are purely narrative-based and seem to assume that the outcome of a game is a just-so certainty vs one of a range of potential outcomes that all have varying degrees of likelihood.
I’ve never blindly made or avoided a bet based on the discussion, but this show was helpful in informing how to think about the betting landscape more broadly, especially when I had just gotten into it. Both hosts are also imminently likable.”
