“I gave this a go, I really did. But in terms of the content itself, it’s a strong ‘no’ from me. Annabelle is a talented host and is the saving grace of this whole podcast. 9 times out of 10 I fast forward past all the small talk to get to the secret, I listen to the secret, and then I mark the episode as ‘played’ and move along. Why? The discussion is boring, inane, and contributes nothing. I agree with the reviews below, which suggest bringing a qualified expert on board for heavier topics and which scald Annabelle and guests for laughing at sections of someone’s secret as it’s being read out - as if anyone would want their deepest darkest secrets laughed at?! Probably the weakest offering yet by the team at Shameless Media. Needs a big shakeup.”

“Vacuous commentary and constant high pitched laughter makes this a really tough listen. The tone is so perky when much of the content of the secrets is pretty dark. I also really dislike the privilege evident in the hosts responses. 1 star”

“I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about Annabelle and the guests being unqualified to give advice. I think that is the greatest strength of the podcast. It keeps it light and reminiscent of a d&’m with friends where you bounce around ideas. Keep it up”
