Everyday Conversation
Well, while I enjoy what they are trying to do I believe that they are not achieving their goal. During podcasts they are very easily distracted and at times dance around what they are trying to talk about. They say “The purpose is not to tell people how to think, but rather discuss how what we think matters and affects us.” Yet, they do not achieve this. It would be more helpful if they would expressively discuss, and, word for word, iterate why what they discuss matters and how it affects us. Also, the audio quality on a few episodes is sub par at best. It is mostly a conversational (i.e. very much rabbit hole) podcast about ideas rather than a podcast that has strong direction. I am just trying to point them in the right direction because I believe that the podcast is not fulfilling their vision and what they express to the subscriber. However, I did give it three stars because there is promise in the podcast it just needs fine tuning. Until that time I will be an avid listener of the Bible Project Podcast. .

Incredibly honest discussion on our view of God and the role of the church. This is the kind of straightforward dialogue I’ve been craving, on all the delicate, complex and current topics the church typically wouldn’t touch with a 10 ft pole.

I appreciated the resources that the podcasts provided if anyone was to have additional questions comments or concerns. I...Read full review »

I loved the idea of having moving away from a white supremacy kind of society. We as a culture should be more diverse, and start to push ourselves in that direction. This podcast is amazing and I absolutely would recommend to anyone!
