The Moab 240 miler is one of the toughest ultras in the United States; traversing through hot terrain, rough conditions, and remote areas, it challenges even the toughest of athletes.
For Sarah Ostaszewski, a 200+ mile veteran and Cocodona 250 course record holder, this was going to be the next challenge for her in her already decorated career.
And even though it was one of the toughest races she’s ever done, she raced incredibly strong, never gave up, took care of herself, and finished strong to become the 2024 women’s champion and new course record holder!
In this episode, Sarah shares all that led to her success on the day: from pacing smart, to eating and sleeping efficiently, and pushing through negative thoughts, this is a guide on how to run your very best ultra.
Sarah also shares stories from the trails and how she was able to overcome crucial low points to accomplish her goals out there.
This is one you definitely don’t want to miss!
